Bella Quest — Terms of Service

Welcome to Bella Quest, a beauty and skincare gamification app operated by Creamia LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Bella Quest. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (email and PIN) confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us at hendercap@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. XP, Levels, and Rewards
Bella Quest awards "XP" (experience points) for completing routines, claiming salon services, making qualifying purchases at our store, and other in-app activities. XP and levels:
- Have no monetary value
- Cannot be redeemed for cash
- Cannot be transferred between accounts
- May be adjusted, reset, or removed at our discretion
- May be discontinued at any time without prior notice
Rewards or perks tied to XP (if any) are offered as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.
4. Purchases
Purchases made at creamiallc.com are governed by the terms posted on that website, not by these Terms. Bella Quest may automatically credit XP for qualifying purchases tied to the email on your account, but XP credit is not guaranteed and may be delayed, denied, or revoked if we suspect abuse.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or game the XP system
- Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage
- Reverse engineer, copy, or scrape any part of the app
- Harass, abuse, or impersonate other users
- Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise our systems
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion and without notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All content in the app — branding, design, text, graphics, the Bella Quest name and logo — is owned by Creamia LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any of it without permission.
7. Third-Party Services
Bella Quest uses third-party services (e.g., Supabase for data storage, Squarespace for our shop, email providers). We do not control these services and are not responsible for their actions or content. Your use of them is at your own risk.
8. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE ARE NOT MEDICAL OR DERMATOLOGICAL PROFESSIONALS — CONTENT IN THE APP IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREAMIA LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting hendercap@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time and for any reason.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
